EVENT POLICIES
Venue Policy:
Attendees will be notified about venue details either during ticket purchase or via a separate email distributed prior to 30 days before the event. The organizer retains the right to modify the event program, timing, or location. Such changes, if necessary, will not substantially diminish the benefits described for the participant.
Student Pass Policy:
Attendees registered under the student pass must present a valid and original College ID card for the current year at the registration desk. If the attendee does not possess a valid ID card, they will be required to pay the price difference for an Individual or Corporate pass at the registration desk.
Group Booking Policy:
Automatic discounts will be applied to registrations for groups of 4 or more participants as per the discount table above.
Code of Conduct:
All attendees, speakers, sponsors, and volunteers at our conference are required to agree with our code of conduct. Organizers will enforce this code throughout the event. We expect cooperation from all participants to help ensure a safe environment for everybody.
