- We collect only the information you give us - name, email, phone number, and (for pre-registration) the subscription preferences you select - to notify you about tickets and the event updates you opted into.
- Ticket purchases are processed by our ticketing partner (MeraEvents). Their handling of your payment details is governed by their own privacy policy.
- We do NOT sell, rent, or share your personal data with sponsors or other third parties for marketing.
- You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data at any time - email legal@bsidesmumbai.in and we'll action it.
- We keep registration data only as long as needed for the event and the follow-up communications you opted into.

- All passes are non-refundable once purchased.
- Passes are transferable - you may transfer your pass to another individual; contact us with the new attendee's details before the event.
- Refunds are issued only if the event is cancelled by the organisers.
- Ticket prices exclude GST and any payment-gateway charges, which are non-refundable.
- Travel and accommodation are the attendee's responsibility and are never covered or refunded by BSides Mumbai.

- By registering for or attending BSides Mumbai you agree to these terms and to the Code of Conduct.
- Entry requires a valid ID and a purchased ticket. Student passes require a valid student ID at entry.
- The organisers may modify the event program, timing, or venue. Where a change is necessary it will not substantially diminish the described benefits, and attendees will be informed at least 30 days before the event where possible.
- Attendees must be 21 years or older to consume alcohol at the event, in accordance with local laws.
- Photography and recording take place at the event; by attending you consent to appearing in event media. Tell an organiser if you'd prefer not to be photographed.
- The organisers are not liable for personal belongings, or for any loss or injury, except to the extent required by law.
- These terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
