submit ↗// submission guidelines
- Read the format that fits your submission: Briefing (technical talk), Arsenal (tool demo), or Workshop & Village (hands-on).
- Abstracts must be 75–300 words. If accepted, your title, abstract and bio are published as-is on the website and materials.
- Submissions are reviewed anonymously by our Reviewers and Core Team; shortlisted speakers' public profiles are then reviewed.
- No product or vendor pitches in technical tracks. You may use free/eval features to teach a technique - but teach, don't sell.
- Workshops must be hands-on. Slide-only proposals are redirected to the Briefing track.
- Co-presenting? Each speaker submits the form separately using the same title. Max two speakers per session; only one gets speaker benefits.
- Your work must be original and properly cited. Plagiarism results in immediate disqualification.
